Students who have been called to active duty in the United States Military and wish to withdraw from school will need to provide the following documentation to the Registrar’s Office:
- a request that includes the student’s full name, student ID#, and signature
- a copy of the orders
- a mailing address to which the refund is to be mailed
The documents should be submitted to the Registrar’s Office in the Hartline Building (Administration Building), emailed to ctcregistrar@columbustech.edu or mail to:

Readmission of Service Members
For students who are returning to the college after military service, Columbus Technical College will promptly readmit a service member with the same academic status as you had when last attending the college or accepted for admission to the college.
